Ingredients:
- 2 cups white sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup Excella Sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180ºC.
2. In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa.
3. Add water, Excella Sunflower oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Beat by hand until smooth.
4. Pour into a 9×13 inch pan. Bake at 180ºC for 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into centre of cake comes out clean.
